Jessie's Wild West Rodeo CD-ROM

1, 2001) Disney Interactive and Pixar Animation Studios have announced
their newest CD-ROM title for children, "Disney/Pixar's Jessie's
Wild West Rodeo."
The adventure
takes kids to a fun-filled hoedown where they saddle up and jump
into the boots of Jessie, the cowgirl from the blockbuster animated
film, Toy Story 2.
"Disney/Pixar's
Jessie's Wild West Rodeo" offers players age five and up
a creative 3D experience that encourages them to explore the wild
west with their favorite characters from Toy Story 2. Kids
spring into action to play three rodeo events set up by the toys.
Each activity is an arcade-style game with 10 levels. Throughout
the game, kids can earn badges and "Critter Awards"
while learning fun cowboy facts. They can even download customized
characters from the game as screen savers.
Key features
in "Disney/Pixar's Jessie's Wild West Rodeo" include:
-- Alien
Round Up: Group the little green men at the UFO-K Corral and guide
them into the mother ship before time runs out. Beware, the alien
characters escape from all sides. When players succeed in gathering
everyone, they earn the acclaimed Critter Award.
-- Toy Lasso:
Playing as Jessie, cowpokes ride Bullseye to rope and tag the
loose toys. Players must guide Bullseye around obstacles to round
up the toys. When they are all collected, a new set of faster
toys and bigger obstacles appear, making the activity more challenging.
-- Barrel
Racing: In this exciting rodeo event, kids can play with up to
two people as Jessie or Woody, or ride solo in a challenge against
the clock. Jump on Bullseye or Rex, the dinosaur, and race for
the flashing barrels and then circle them. Points are gained along
the ride. Kids need to circle all the barrels to advance to the
next level. After completing all 10 levels, they earn a Barrel
Badge.
"Disney/Pixar's
Jessie's Wild West Rodeo" is a Windows(R) 95/98/Me and Macintosh
hybrid title and has a suggested retail price of $19.99. The game
