Museum to Auction
Mickey Mouse Drawings on Saturday
Many other early Disney animation drawings will also be sold, including some cells from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Disney's first full-length animated feature.
Sadly, several of the drawings being auctioned were donated to the museum in order to preserve them.
The International Museum of Cartoon Art opened to the public in 1974 in Greenwich, CT. It has moved twice, currently residing in Boca Raton, FL. The top mission of the museum is "To preserve and maintain the world's masterpieces of cartoon art."

will disappear at 10AM on May 19, at the Guernsey's Auction House in New
Still Huge at Box Office - Swan Drowns

of the Swan had a disastrous limited opening in Los Angeles and New
York, bringing in only $100,000 in 125 theaters, for a poor average of
$800 per theater. However, because of its limited engagement, the film
now qualifies for the Academy Awards new "Best Animated Feature"
