Lee
Lanier's professional career in the animation and visual effects
field began in 1994 when he was hired by Walt Disney's Buena Vista
Visual Effects, working as a digital effects artist on several
Disney movies. Two years later, Lanier joined the team at Pacific
Data Images, working on ANTZ, The Road to El Dorado, and
Shrek.
As of May
2001, Lanier was working on some freelance animated short productions
where he is collaborating with other skilled animators.
